Place your right hand over your heart.
Inhale and exhale three times. With each inhale allow the heart to be filled with loving light. With each exhale allow gratitude for your life to be released.
Take three normal breaths and repeat the exercise two more times (3x in all).
You may find that with each set, the inhaling and exhaling become deeper and more intentional.
